Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The West Lake Soccer Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 5, 2012 at Elliot Ranch Elementary School (multi-purpose room) @ 6:45. Parents and coaches are invited the AGM to receive general club information and answers to questions you may have. During the AGM, board officer elections will be held for Treasurer, Registrar, and Vice President. The three board officer positions are two-year positions. If you or someone you know are interested in an elected board position or one-year, appointed board positions (coaching coordinator, field coordinator, equipment coordinator, referee coordinator, webmaster, event coordinator), please send your nominations (first and last name, position) to Ramon Carlos (
) no later than November 30, 2012.
West Lake Jamboree Banner Contest Winners
The winners of the 2012 West Lake Jamboree banner contest winners are as follows:

West Lake Jamboree
The 2012 Jamboree will be held on August 25 at
, behind Joseph Sims Elementary. All teams will take team and individual pictures and scrimmage against other West Lake teams. The all day event will include activities for the players and families, including bouncy houses, skill competitions with prizes, a raffle, and food vendors. New spirit wear will be available for purchase. All games will be played at Bartholomew or Joseph Sims. The pic
